Every piece at BRAtistry is created using only a canvas, paint, and breasts.

The female breasts are sacred, soft, secret, safe and often sexual. They can create a life-giving nectar, they are sensitive to touch and a place where we might have first laid our heads in slumber. They have captured the imagination and brought on desire since the dawn of time. And yet we often relocate them out of society, shame people who have them, and keep them in the shadows.

There is a strange dance that breast-havers must perform in order to keep their breasts visible, but maintain modesty. We feel pressure to make them accessible, yet hidden, and sexual but not overtly. BRAtistry is my journey in reclaiming my breasts and allowing them to be a medium for visual art.
